For Clinicians

Clinical Supervision

Reflective, supportive supervision for counsellors, therapists and social workers. A space to deepen your practice, navigate ethical dilemmas, and sustain your work.

What supervision with me looks like

I hold Clinical registration with PACFA and level 4 clinician and Clinical supervisor registrations with ACA. Throughout my career, I have supervised counsellors, social workers, psychologists, case managers, team leaders, and support workers across a wide range of settings. In my private practice, I provide clinical supervision to practitioners across Australia, offering a safe, steady, and thoughtful space to explore challenges, deepen clinical reasoning, and sustain wellbeing in demanding roles. I am committed to supporting practitioners who work with some of the most vulnerable members of the community, and I bring warmth, accessibility, and a strong ethical foundation to every supervision relationship. I am passionate about fostering reflective practice, strengthening professional identity, and supporting clinicians to deliver safe, consistent, trauma‑informed care.

Who I supervise

Mental Health Clinicians who work in NGOs, government and private practice. I'm invested in supporting the growth and development of new grads as well as in deepening skills of experienced clinicians.

Practitioner reflection
"
Working with Netta stretches my thinking in ways that feel energising and clinically useful. She names dynamics like transference and countertransference in a clear, accessible way, offers practical tools I can take straight into sessions, and explains complex concepts in simple language. Her passion for best practice really comes through, and it's helped me build confidence, awareness, and higher standards in my own work.

Common questions

Do you offer group supervision?

Not at the moment. I don't facilitate ongoing or regular group supervision sessions. I may offer a group from time to time, depending on demand and the need of participants. Feel free to subscribe to my newsletter to stay in touch and receive updates about changes and upcoming dates.

Can you support my accreditation requirements?

Yes. I can provide supervision that counts toward PACFA and ACA registration requirements. ACA members can use the invoices as proof of attendance and upload it straight to their portal, or choose to complete a logbook, which I'll be happy to sign. Similarly, PACFA members are welcome to send me their logbook to confirm their supervision hours for the financial year.

How often should we meet?

Most clinicians find monthly supervision works well, though this can vary depending on your caseload, accreditation stage and workplace demands. Fortnightly sessions may suit new graduates or those working with high-risk clients. We can tailor the rhythm to your needs.
