I'm here to bring hope, empowerment and choice to our conversations so you can create meaningful changes — whatever they may be for you at this time.

Trusted · Qualified · Confidential

I'm an experienced mental health clinician and have been supporting individuals and families since 2011. Over the years, I've had the privilege of walking alongside people through many different life experiences, and this has shaped a practice that is gentle, collaborative, and deeply respectful of each person's unique story.
My approach is grounded in strengths-based and client-centred practice, and I often integrate Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help bring clarity, hope, and a sense of direction to our conversations. Together, we explore what matters most to you, and how you can move toward a life that feels meaningful, full, and aligned with your values.
I offer a calm, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where you can talk openly about whatever you're facing. Many people come to me for support with anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, or the impacts of trauma — whether recent or from childhood, including experiences of sexual abuse. No matter your story, you can expect a validating and collaborative experience that honours your pace and your strengths.
Cultural safety is central to my practice. I work with people from diverse backgrounds, identities, and experiences, and I'm committed to ensuring that every person feels heard, respected, and supported.
I've also been supervising mental health clinicians since 2019. I have the honour of facilitating reflective practice that celebrates clinician's growth, development and strengths and empowers best practice through meaningful discussions. I enjoy working with all levels of training and proficiency to navigate complex cases, enhance therapeutic skills, and maintain professional well-being. I emphasise values-driven leadership to ensure ethical, effective, trauma informed and client-centered care.
My background includes school counselling, employee assistance programs, and leadership roles in mental health services. I hope that this breadth of experience will be helpful to you.

Netta's way of explaining our child's stressors and the reasons behind their behaviour gave us insight we hadn't considered and helped us respond with more empathy.
Before coming to Netta, I was scared I'd be judged or wouldn't be able to put my experiences into words. The way she reflects things back with kindness and clarity helped me make sense of what I was feeling, gave me hope and a sense of control again, and reminded me that my experiences are real and not my fault.
Working with Netta stretches my thinking in ways that feel energising and clinically useful. She names dynamics like transference and countertransference in a clear, accessible way, offers practical tools I can take straight into sessions, and explains complex concepts in simple language. Her passion for best practice really comes through, and it's helped me build confidence, awareness, and higher standards in my own work.
The feedback shared here reflects common themes I hear in my work with clients, parents, and supervisees. These statements are generalized summaries and not direct quotes from any individual. Because every person's circumstances, history, and goals are unique, these examples should not be interpreted as promises or guarantees of specific results. They are simply representative of the feedback I regularly receive in my practice.
I'd love to hear from you. Reach out however feels most comfortable.
